restore backup to new phone does not restore everything

How do I get my apps, with data, back when I restore backup from itunes to new phone?

5s replaced but when I restore the back up several apps are missing.... like my password app with all my passwords. How do I get them back? Tks.

Oh and apps didn't even show up in the summary page in itunes. I had to shut everything down and disconnect... then reconnect the cell to show the apps in itunes. However they only said remove beside them. How do I get them on my cell WITH the data they contained?

Did you encrypt you backup? This is usually required for those apps.

If you already backed up and restored, it's likely the data is gone.

I have had issues with WALLET removing all my CC's. But I can understand why those are not backed up, even in the encrypted backup.

Other issues, Music never seems to get backed up. Kind of ***** if I purchased music directly from my iPhone and only ever use iTunes to backup for a new phone.
