Backing up iPod to iTunes or iCloud

Is there a way to back up an old iPod (80gb with 44 GB's loaded) to iTunes or iCloud so I can download all the music (not just purchased from iTunes). The goal is to get all my music on my iPhone 6S+ for access via Bluetooth. My original pc where this was stored on iTunes has died and is inaccessible.

Any guidance and help would be appreciated.
