if my screen isnt working and ive been advised to restore my phone, i have to turn off "find my iphone" before I can restore, cant enter any passwords/apple id due to the screen not working so how can i get my phone restored? please help asap

Use a computer's web browser and login to www.icloud.com. From the find my device tool, remove that iPhone from your list of tracked devices and that will disable find my iPhone and activation lock on the device. You can then restore it from iTunes.
