Wireless Beats - Connecting to a PC

I bought a set of Beats Studio Wireless headphones. I have been trying to set them up with my work PC. They will pair with the laptop and show in the Bluetooth manager but, they will not connect. I know this is an Apple forum but I've tried searching for everything! HELP! 😕
