How to transfer content from iPad to a computer?

The computer I synced my iPad with died on me. It can't be helped and the data is definitely lost, I had it checked. However, I have it almost all on my iPad. How do I transfer all of the content from my iPad to a new computer? Not only what I purchased via iTunes store, but all my data. I had a lot of CDs that I imported into my library and I don't want to lose them. Any help would be appreciated.
