i have lost my ipod, and i really need the pictures from it! how can I get them?

They will only be where you put them.

Did you import them to your computer?

Did you sync them with iCloud?

If you did not save them somewhere then they are gone.

If they are in an iPod backup made by iTunes or to iCloud restore another iPod. The iOS version on the "replacement" has to be equal to greater than that on the lost iPod.
