After successful 9.1 iOS update, keyboard is not respondingn email

on iPad mini. i try to type msg at this link discussions.apple.com. I cannot type in any letter from keyboard, but it works fine elsewhere I.e emails. But here in this Apple link..it won't do anything .

i Know it's updated successfully to 9.1 cuz I can see emicons just add d. You see. I am typing on other tablet iPad 2 to send this message.
