How do I download my photos and videos from iCloud to my Windows 7 PC. I have already installed iCloud for Windows. iPhone 6 and iPad 2 are being backed up to iCloud. IOS 9.1 on both devices. I have tried to follow the steps outlined on the website but to no avail. My storage is almost to capacity and I would like to download the photos and videos to free up space on iCloud. Can anyone help?
