How do I fix my 16GB iPhone 6 Plus?

I got my first iPhone 6 Plus (16GB) last year in late November. My new phone was working out great until June of this year. I got the camera fixed since it was one of the models with the camera not being able to focus problem. Then, a few days later, it started chashing all of the time, there were typing delays (id type for 30 seconds, none of the keys would pop up, then I'd stop and VERY slowly and glitchy, it typed out my paragraph). The iphone overheated when I simply opened Mail and other basic apps. So I brought it in, and they restored my phone to factory settings. Not only do I hate losing all of my content, but they said I can't restore from my back up. I took a deep breath, and said OK as long as it is fixed. Just three days later, the problems got even worse and more rose to the surface. For example, whenever id try going on Safari, my phone would heat up instantly then crash. So, I brought it in again. They gave me a new phone, and then I thought things would be better now (I DID NOT PUT MY OLD BACKUP ONTO THE NEW PHONE LIKE I WAS INSTRUCTED). No. It was the same problems, plus they ruined my SIM card. I went into the Apple Store 10 times in the past 6 months, and the problems only get worse and worse. Whenever my phone gets an Apple diagnosistic test, one time it said it was my apps (ones that, I promise you, were Apple supported apps like Spotify), and then finally, the 9th and 10th time I come in, they tell me it's the software. I asked them to clarify, and they said it was the memory space (I'd believe that if I didn't delete things I needed on a daily basis and had 2GB of free storage on there). I don't have the money to just upgrade to the newest iphone, but after my father going in himself to talk to one in charge, they said there was a memory case for the iPhone. i bought it immediately, excited to finally have a phone that works! But it didn't work. My phone is still lagging (even as I typed this whole thing out).

I need help to get my iPhone fixed or what I need to do next.

These are all the problems my phone has been having;

random restarts w/out passcode, crashes periodically, typing delay, battery draining, apps crashing, crashes after pressing messages, backkey won't work, missing notifications but not on all other products, cant use touch screen occasionally, home and lock button don't turn on the phone immediately, phone lock delay, random capititilizations

Mail notification stays after being read occasionally, crashes when taking a picture occasionally, when turned sideways on lock screen I can't swipe up to go to camera, apple website major lag, slow service everywhere, huge maps delay, phone crashed 6 times trying to do appointment, making apple watch glitch, late notifications, overheating over simple tasks, can't screenshot

Okay, 6 days later! The situation continues, but here's what happened so far:

I spoke to an Apple employee through the online support chat. She did not know what was wrong with my phone, but she was very persistent to get my phone working as soon as possible. She set me an appointment with the Genius Bar.

When I went, I was connected with the same apple associate that I met the first time I came to Apple to solve this. He was trying hard not to swap my phone out, since I am on my sixth one. He took a diagnostics test on my phone, plus new ones such as test the display. He did not see what was wrong with it, and told me this was no longer a Retail problem, that things needed to be taken to the next step above what they can do at the store, and he sent the case file to IOS developers and told me to call them, and they will either fix it or swap out my phone. When I got home, I called the number and I was on the phone with them for almost an hour. They didn't know what was wrong with it, and set an appointment to the apple genius bar. I tried telling the IOS developer I had an appointment already on the same day, and the IOS developer said someone else would fix this.

So, I went back on the appointment I was set up to go to. It was the same associate as last time, and he was just as mad as I was. He called the IOS developer (it was a different one this time). He asked me to restore my iphone to it's factory settings at home, but to not sign into anything. He wanted me to do this, despite the times I had restored the phone(s), because he wanted to see if the problems would continue without anything on the phone.

Yes, I need my apps and everything else on my phone, so losing everything made me very upset, but it was short lived since it was already lagging, overheating, and acting weird in the restoring process. He said I could restore from my last backup, which I did. Then, he asked me what the problems I have been experiencing on my phone, and we went through each one one by one. He told me that this wasn't something I did to my phone (ex; apps downloaded or icloud) since it is this may problems and this frequent. He said that this needs to be taken to the next step, to the manufacturers of the phone. He said they will determine what is wrong with the phone, and if not, replace the phone.

He said I will get a call back soon from them, then apologized.

If you've experienced the same or similar problems with your iphone, and/or have gotten the problem solved, please reply to this chat. I need a phone that works!

I am not sure what the hold up is here, but I am very disappointment that they have not called back yet. It's been two weeks!!

I was trying to restore my phone, on both my computer and iCloud, and it will not let me back up my phone. It keeps saying there is an issue with the connection. I'm trying a bunch of different things here to get my stuff back on there, so I will see how that plays out.

Now, the reason I am trying to get my stuff back onto my phone is simply because I have restored this phone, having to lose all of my data countless times through 6 iPhone 6 Plus's, and was hoping Apple would fix this problem so I can FINALLY actually use my phone to it's manufactured purpose.

Can someone please fix my phone? I can't do this anymore.

So I contacted Apple Support again. When I contacted them, the conversation (which I have the whole conversation on file) was basically this:

The Apple employee saw there was no call scheduled to contact me by the manufactures, so that is why I got nothing back. Seems like a good excuse to put my case in a corner and see if I would leave it alone. This is my phone, so I can't just sit around and not have a working phone. I bet you can, but I can't.

To add to this, we scheduled a time that they would call me, and I informed them I would be busy on a certain day so I wouldn't be able to call till Sunday. Not only did they not call me at 7:30 Pm (which I clarified with the associate, which I also have record of), but they said on the voicemail they "called at the scheduled time." Not only is that false, but they had a robot do the talking too. So now it is marked off as "solved."

Before, I was mad at my dysfunctional phone(s) (I am counting all 6 of the same phone I have went through) and how Apple didn't know how to fix my phone but would put all this money into switching it out with a new one, then told me to buy the phone with more memory at full price with no discount. Now, I am mad at Apple. This is very unprofessional, rude, and hurtful to do this to Apple customers.

Please make me change my mind Apple, because this is not OK to do.

I did what you said, and I did as such. I have replied to the previous problem, and it still has not been solved. Plus (no pun intended), it is no longer a Retail problem, said by the Apple employee, that it had to be taken to the next step. I left a reply of all that happened with that. In a shorter term; it is still a case that has truly not been dealt with.
