Can't delete apps

recently purchased 6s. I do not have the ability to delete apps that transferred from old phone. it worked before, but now it doesn't even wiggle to give you the option. Is anyone else having this issue? I do know there are default apps that you can't remove. I'm speaking about the ones you can.
