I have accidentally erased emails; OMG

I have accidentally erased emails in two separate folders without a Time Machine back up is there anyway to get them back??

Please Please Help! BTW, I have nothing in my archive unfortunately...

Your ISP (internet service provider) usually stores your email longer than you do on their server. You should have a help line to call. They should be able to tell you how to retrieve them. Mine seems to store more than a months worth. What I did was delete my password in my mail account, restart my Macbook and re add my email password . It repopulated my email. Yours may not work this way.
