I have accidentally erased emails in two separate folders without a Time Machine back up is there anyway to get them back??
Please Please Help! BTW, I have nothing in my archive unfortunately...

Is this an IMAP account?
inbox, sent, drafts, trashcan—all be stored on the server if this is how yo have Mail Preferences set.
Even without Time Machine, as long as it is turned on you may be able to restore through local snapshots:
Yes I have of course searched the trash cans. I do not know however what an IMAP account? I have not saved them in anyway that I can find....

IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) is server side that is to say accessing e-mail held on your local server
POP (Post Office Protocol ) is client side— that is to say e-mail is received and held by your computer
You can see this in Mail Preferences>Accounts>Account information
Ok I have looked it up and it is IMAP - trash says to keep it for one month However I selected All and hit Delete... Is there a way?
You trashed the trash. I am not aware of anyway to recover those emails for the last month.

Your ISP (internet service provider) usually stores your email longer than you do on their server. You should have a help line to call. They should be able to tell you how to retrieve them. Mine seems to store more than a months worth. What I did was delete my password in my mail account, restart my Macbook and re add my email password . It repopulated my email. Yours may not work this way.
