Bought a new iPhone 6 today. When opened it went to active voice mode. Cannot disable it. It goes on in all the languages of the world. Slide to reset also doesn't work. Shutting down and restarting also doesn't work. Please help anyone

Sounds weird. I'd try to restore the device. Since it's a new iPhone you're not losing anything! (Assuming you just set it up.)

I'm assuming you mean "VoiceOver" if so:

You might also try to tell Siri "Turn VoiceOver Off"

In the past the best (only?) way was via iTunes on your computer:

With the phone attached: select you iPhone on the top bar, in the Summary tab, click "Configure Accessibility...' button at the bottom of the pane.

If VoiceOver was enabled the phone was not new. It is always off on new phones. So take it back to where you bought it and get a refund for selling you a used phone and telling you it was new.
