boyfriend can't see apps in family share

I recently added my Boyfriend to my Family share so he could download some games I've purchased. Thing is, He can't see any of my purchases. I have access to all of his apps, which I don't really need. I tried the troubleshooting suggestions and still nothing! Anyone else having this problem? How can I fix this?!
