Phone wont turn on

I was on my phone and it started glitching its a new ohone but not really new. Then it froze so I just turned it off and now when I try to turn it on it just stays black. Ive had it on my charger, that works fine, i cant reboot my phone either because my home button doesnt work. I turned on my ringer and it gets text messages I just cant turn on my phone. What do I do?
