You may find that Other is the most appropriate activity type for recording yoga within the Workout app.
However, if you are considering wearing Apple Watch during hot yoga, be mindful of the Important handling information in the Apple Watch User Guide. This includes:
- Apple Watch is designed to work best in ambient temperatures between 32° and 95° F (0° and 35° C).
- Apple Watch can be damaged and battery life shortened if operated outside of the specified temperature range.
- Avoid exposing Apple Watch to dramatic changes in temperature or humidity.
- Examples of usage that may affect the water resistance of Apple Watch and should be avoided include wearing it in the sauna or steam room.

Also keep in mind that, under the terms of the One Year Limited Warranty (a similar exclusion also applies to AppleCare+), Apple is not responsible for damage that arises from a user's failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
