Synology DS112J connection failed

Hi, Im' trying to install my NAS (Synology DS112J) and it shows "connection failed". Network configuration is done but impossible to connect.

There are 2 Apple Time Capsules in my network, they work fine. I wanted to install this NAS for my media files.

Can somebody support?
