When is use hotspot and I'm connected to the regular interneat dose it use data?
Not sure exactly what you mean by connected to the regular internet, but when using hotspot, that is providing data to other devices, and that is using your cellular data. As soon as anything is connected to your hotspot, it is accessing the internet.
