Q: i have problem starting Bluetooth on my iphones 6+ and 5s i just bought brand new

This is a pix of what i see whgen i try to activate the bluetootgh on my brand new iPhone 6+ and 5s just purchased 2 weekes ago. The 6+ OS was updated to 9.0 but still same while the 5S is still on 8.0OS with same behaviour. I have restarted several times not working. I have reset network serverally same

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.1, I also have 5s om iOS 8. Both new

I TRIED FIRST TO CONNECT TO SATSLEEVE. BUT WHEN NOT DISCOVERING I TRIED TO SEE IF I CAN CONNECT THE TWO PHONES THE TWO GAVE SAME ATTRIBUTES. AT LEAST IT SHOULD DISCOVER THENSELVES. THE WINDOW JUST CAN NOT GO BEYOND THE PIX I SENT

No.

iPhones will only discover and be able to connect to other iPhones for Personal Hotspot. nothing else. If Personal hotspot is not turned on, they won't discover each other.

There are no other supported bluetooth profiles to connect one iPhone to another.

I HAVE USED MORE THAN 4 IPHONES I CAN CONVENIENTLY CONNECT THM ON BLUETOOTH. I HAVE BEEN USING MY THURAYA SATSLEEVE TOO ON MY OLD 5S BEFORE IT GOT BROKEN. THAT IS THE REASON I BOUGHT THIS NEW ONE. THEN I BOUGHT THE 6+ AND THIS PROBLEM IS NOW ON THE TWO. I FORGOT TO INFORM THE FORUM THAT BOTH OF THEM ARE 64GB. COULD THIS BE THE REASON?

The storage size is irrelevant. Here is the list of Bluetooth profiles for iOS devices. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204387. As noted, iPhones cannot be connected to each other by Bluetooth unless it is for a hotspot connection. Also, please turn off your caps lock key. It is considered shouting to type in all caps. Can you explain further how you were able to connect 2 phones by Bluetooth since it is not normally supported.
