My emails seem to be deleting after a very short period of time. I'd like to change that.

My emails are deleting after a very short period of time - about 2 weeks. So, when I go to search for something that was sent a month ago, I can't find it. I did not change anything so I'm not sure why this is happening. Does anyone know how to change this setting?
