so i put my ipod that has a dead battery in the washing machine and put it in rice for 60 hours and charged it but it would not turn on. what do I do?😢

You can make an appointment at an apple store or authorized repair place and see if they will give you an out of warranty replacement. They're not free, there is a cost.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
