Just Repaired MBP, Weird Fan Noise

Just got my laptop back from the Apple repair place. New Logic board and HD and top case and MagSafe Board. Now it's making a weird fan noise. It sounds like the fans are going really fast. Almost like a constant fly buzzing sound. Any ideas? SMC reset didn't do anything
