Dec 3, 2015 9:47 PM in response to jeffd55by daveosu84,Thanks. I had tried everything in that article except checking my firewall and resetting my router. I went to the firewall settings, and they were fine. So I reset the router. Still nothing. I keep getting the same error message every time.
