MMS Group Message

In the pa week I have a problem just with MMS group messages. I receive them fine but anytime I try to respond I always get the "Not Delivered" message.

Group messaging is enabled, I have an iPhone 6 with latest updates. I've tried changing every message option I can to no avail. Any ideas? I need help!
