i was browsing using google chrome on my I phone 6 a pop up message came like my phone was infected with some spyware virus and my data is at risk and to fix it I have to call a customer support number.when I called that number they are telling my software warranty has been expired and needs to be fixed.and I have to pay $ 30 for that.is this some kind of scam

Yes, it is a scam. Unless your iPhone is jailbroken, there is no virus or spyware that can be loaded on the phone. Next time you see something like that, you will know it is a scam and do not call the number, or share any information with them. Did you provide them with any information?

He is not dealing in a professional way, because he is not a professional, except if you want to call it a professional thief. It is a scam to try and get your credit card details, or you also try to allow you to give them access to your computer and they install the spyware on it. Sorry you fell for it as far as you did, but glad that you stopped when you did.
