iPhone 6 restarting

My iPhone 6 16gb iOS 9.1 is randomly restarting. I reported the problem to Apple and since I have Apple Care they replaced the phone.

I did not restore from the iCloud but started fresh and only loaded very limited apps. Today this phone began restarting randomly too.
