Indeeo App for iPad Not Available In Canada?

The Indeeo Inc. app, iDraw, now sold by AutoDesk as Graphic is on sale for $3.99 through the App Store, but not if you're accessing the store from Canada.

In fact, the iPad app, Graphic is not even available in the App Store for Canadians. The desktop version is of Graphic is, however, available. Why are the Indeeo Inc. apps, sold by AutoDesk not available through the App Store to Canadians?

Apple can only sell content where they are licensed to sell it - try contacting the developer of the app and ask them to grant Apple a license to sell it in Canada.
