Do I have the wrong IOS for my Ipad

Hi gays,

I have an Ipad4, it's working fine, I bought it from someone who used it before, I have IOS 9.1.

The wrong thing with my Ipad is that it's model is A1460, but in the IOS it's written A1458.

The difference between them is that the A1458 is only wifi, but the a1460 is wifi + cellular, and I have in my Ipad

the drawer where to put card sim, but in settings/ general/ there is only wifi and blutooth, no cellular, so I'm confused.

I hope I've been clear.

iPad, iOS 9.1
