Why does my computer report it is in Texas when I live in Virginia?

Since upgrading to the El Capitan OS I have noticed that when I use the App Store it shows my computer is in Canton, TX, but I live in Virginia. Is anyone else seeing their location as Canton, TX?

Numbers-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Where does the Mac App Store state that you are in Canton TX? Please provide a screenshot.
