My phone is locked because I forget password

I found my iPhone 4 and want to turn it on but I forget my password. I try few times to open and the phone locked.. Can you please tell me any way to solve it.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
