Authorization problem - tried Apples solutions to no avail

itunes library will play on my older imac but not on the new one - states that it is not authorized but the computer is.

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), iOS 9.1

I see that you are having issues with playing music on your computer because of authorizing issues. While you may have tried some solutions for this issue, here are a couple of articles that offer a number things to check. I would suggest taking a look for options that you may have missed.

Authorize your computer in iTunes

If iTunes repeatedly prompts you to authorize your computer

And if you have the maximum number of computers already authorized, you may need to deauthorize one or two:

Deauthorize your computer using iTunes
