My iPad is disabled and when i connect it to iTunes nothing happens.

Does your computer's iTunes recognise that an iPad is connected, does it show in it ? If not then you have an up-to-date version of iTunes installed on your computer - if you do :

PC : iPhone, iPad, or iPod not recognized in iTunes for Windows - Apple Support

Mac : If you don't see your connected device in iTunes for Mac - Apple Support

If it does show in iTunes then you are following the instructions on this page : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support ?

Hi

Turn ipad off

Connect lead to USB on your PC

Press & hold power button down on iPad DONT let go

Connect lead to iPad keep power button pressed down until PC sees

Ipad you may need to do this more than once.

Wait for restore .
