macbook pro 13 inch retina 2014 heats up abnormally

its very random and i cant replicate it. i happened when in warranty and and apple service center (India) said that even they cant replicate it we waited out 2 hours trying to do heavy duty programs just to check but nothing happened and i did not pay much attention as it was random , now its out of control what are my options ?

the heat is very intense and feels like it will blow up any minute
