Q: my new iphone 6s camera has a problem

i have but an iPhone 6S 64GB. I have 2 serious problems with the camera.

1) The images look like water color when I zoom deeper after shooting.

2) Sometimes I have something like noise effect when using the camera specially in low light places.

I don't know if its because of the iOS 9.1.0 or not?

please help me.
