I can't upgrade my clouds store size?

Hi Dear,

I was having 50 GB clouds storage size, but i changed my password last monthly, the monthly fee didn't deduct and the storage space returned to 5GB.

Now i am trying to upgrade my clouds store size, but when i do, its not accepted

what i am doing is:

go system preference> iCloud > manage > buy ....

when i try to inter my password , the system take the first letter only
