I have problems with my iMac Model number: A1331

 

I not can open iMac, The screen freezes....!

Then there's an arrow pointing under MACINTOSHD HD ... Then we press the arrow ... Then after that, it goes to press it ...

I'm sure we can help you figure out what is going on, but we may need a bit more detail on what exactly you are seeing. From what I understand, you are saying that your iMac is freezing at some point during the boot up process and will not respond or go any further; is that correct? If you can describe the exact screen it is freezing on, along with any details (spinning progress indicators or progress bars, any prompts or messages, etc), that may be helpful.
