Office 2011 is a more polished and complete product, but Microsoft isn't selling it anymore. There are quite a few retailers who still have it in stock, just Google them. You'll have to buy a disc and wait for it to be delivered.

If you enter the product key, it will ask you to login to your office account, if you don't have one you can just create a new one, and you'll find the office products registered to the key for you to download.
