You are posting on a user to user technical support forum, a fact that you were made fully aware of in the terms and conditions when you signed up to this forum.

You are NOT addressing Apple here and Apple will not help you with this problem either.

In fact nobody here can help you - you have come up against the Activation Lock on the phone that you purchased and the only person that can and should have removed the activation lock from the phone before sale is the person that sold you the phone.

It does not matter what documents you have and whether or not the phone is stolen or not - you need to go back to the person who sold you the phone and get them to remove their Apple id from the phone.

If you do not do this, then you will never be able to use this phone and you have been scammed.
