video requests authorization - when I authorize computer, message says 'computer already authorized' still won't play

I have several music videos - each time I try to play the store asks says 'computer is not authorized' - when I complete authorization data, I get a message. "this computer is already authorized - you can authorize 5 computers' - video will not play - same message appears when I try to play.
