Q: Should I set up a new ICloud account for my new phone?
Hello,
I currently have an iPhone 4s but will be receiving my new iPhone 6 today.
My iCloud account for my iPhone 4S and my iPad has been full for over a year because I’ve only got the 5gb of storage that Apple give you and I've been getting the "Storage almost full" popup for over a year and there was basically no storage left on the phone either because it was only 8gb.
Do you think it would be a good idea to set up a new iCloud account with the new phone? Or should I try and transfer the stuff from the old phone to the new phone and pay for more iCloud storage so I can easily transfer all my contacts etc? I just don't want my new phone to be full as soon as I start to use it. I’m assuming I can keep all my stuff from the old phone on my Mac anyway. But I don't know if it's a good idea to have two accounts.
Hope this makes sense.
Thank you in advance,
Erin
