Q: iCloud 5gb is showing at 2.8gb. I have no backups.

I have deleted all backups etc from iCloud, but only showing 2.8gb available but should be 5gb. Why?

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

Howdy mat1001,

I understand you have deleted all backups and etc. from iCloud yet there still seems to be stuff there.

The way to check for what's there and manage the storage is explained in this article,
Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support

On your Mac, go to Apple menu > System Preferences, click iCloud, then click Manage.
Then it goes on about the details.

Hi Brett
Thanks for reply, I checked and nothing there. 0.1kb of mail and thats it. Still says that i have 2.8gb left. So yellow bar has 2.2gb in backups, but nothing showing. Weird.
