so i was told from an apple worker that id be able to combine an iMac with a mac pro.
together it will make my iMac into monster for editing for video and photos.
does anyone know if this is true?

It sounds like you want to combine the computing power of the two devices. That is not possible.
think the worker was just talking about target display which is pretty much just using the imac as a monitor for the mac pro

but he made it sound more crazy wind in your hair then it is, as it would be as super great as just connecting a normal monitor to the pro
