I Don't Like This Suggestion not work

When tap and hold down for a seconds on the playlist in "For You" in the menu that appears, I tap Don't Like This Suggestion, but the playlist even still appears after I tap I Don't Like This Suggestion.

iPhone 5, iOS 9.1
