Q: Is it possible to flip pages verbally in iBooks or other apps?

I'm trying to find a way to flip pages verbally for a case where the reader cannot use his hands.  Does such a method exist for iBooks or any other iPad app?  Or is there a way to assign voice commands to gestures/swipes as that would also work (not to mention potentially open other convenient options as well, if it were possible to turn multiple finger commands into verbal commands).
