Q: Iphone 5 frozen on Start up Screen
Recently my iphone 5 has been freezing after I fully charge the device. So I would unplug from the charger and the screen doesn't respond. Pressing home or power button doesn't do anything either. I've hard reset (pressing home and power for about 10 secs) and it would come back to normal.
Until today.
I pulled my phone out of my pocket, and see that the screen is black as I pressed the home button, so as per usual I hard reset it. This time the hard reset would get me stuck on the apple logo again. This has happened before, where the first hard-reset wouldn't work so I would have to do it a few times. This time however, it wouldn't go to my lock-screen after too many attempts. So I went on the apple website where it suggests I should plug it into itunes, hard reset whilst plugged in, and update. I did that and error code 4005 came up. So itunes suggests I restore. The same error message came up.
I'm guessing the message popped up because my phone is unresponsive. It's stuck on that start up apple logo screen again. And now I'm running out of ideas of how to fix it. The problem isn't itunes (i think) as is stated on the apple support page (If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support), but with my phone.
Anyone can help?
Slightly deperate to be honest...
