The apple logo appears and disappears, and my ipad doesn't turn on
I updated my iPad , and my iPad will not start. It appears and disappears the Apple logo , and will not start . I need help!
iPad 2, iOS 9.1
1. Force restart: - press BOTH the home and lock button for at least 10 seconds and up to 1 minute, releasing when the Apple logo appears
2. If the problem continues: Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
3. If unable to do the above, use recovery mode as described in here: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
