how to add a computer for authorizaion

I see under my account I can DEauthorize....how do I authorize my computer???

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.4

In iTunes, Store menu > Authorize this computer. If you don't see the menu bar, press the ALT key to make it visible or Crtl-B to enable it permanently.
