Apple TV (2nd, 3rd, 4th Gen), using home sharing, cannot access a shared music library on my Window computers (desktop, portable, Win 7 Home Editions, Win7 64-bit, and Win XP).

Apple TV (2nd, 3rd, 4th Gen), using home sharing, cannot access a shared music library on my Window computers (desktop, portable, Win 7 Home Editions, Win7 64-bit, and Win XP). The Apple TV connects to the home network via Wi-fi. The Windows computers connect to the home network via the gateway router's ethernet ports.

Apple TV and home sharing works correctly with the music library on my Mac Mini. The Mac Mini is connected to the home network via a gateway router ethernet port. The gateway router is a Pace 5031NV provided by AT&T U-Verse.

If I connect the Windows computers via Wi-fi instead of ethernet, the music libraries can be correctly accessed by Apple TV.

All the settings for home sharing on the Apple TV, iTunes 12.3.1 Windows version are correct and point to the same network with the same Apple Id.

My obvious question is: why does the Mac Mini system work correctly via ethernet and the Window computers do not work? Also I have turned off the Windows firewall and anti-virus software during my troubleshooting.
