An iPod Classic or Shuffle does not support Bluetooth.
No built-in Bluetooth. But there are third-party products to add a Bluetooth transmitter. Some of them, for example

connect to the iPod's dock connector. There are other Bluetooth transmitter products that connect to the headphones jack, which are generally usable with any mini-stereo output jack. I do not have personal experience with such products.
