Q: Bootcamp missing after update to El Capitan

Threre was a 100GB bootcamp partition and a 400GB OSX partition before updating from Mountain Lion to El Capitan.

here's the output of diskutil list after the update:

I may have made the mistake of rebuilding the directory of Macintosh HD with DiskWarrior in an attempt to fix this issue.

testdisk Quick search yields:

Selecting any one of the 6174 MS Data [Boot] entries yields:

Couldn't find any other entries containing SVI. Is there hope?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), iMac (24-inch, Mid 2007)

Anything above the following entry is unlikely to be Windows, because it is OSX

    D Mac HFS                781659640  782929175    1269536

Can you check the following entries, using the 'p' command? Press Escape only once, to get back to the list, otherwise you will end up starting all over again.

    D MS Data                791894488  871510487   79616000

    D MS Data                895264329  974880328   79616000

The first one makes the most sense. Was your space adjustment for Windows about 56GB?

Can't open the filesystem on either of those, unfortunately. I can't remember the exact initial size of windows partition, but I think it was 40GB and it was enlarged to 100GB.

So are we out of options here or could we attempt something?

Can you run PhotoRec (included in Testdisk) and see if you can recover some or all of your files?

Running photorec on partition #4 marked MS Data [Bootcamp], selecting 'Other (NTFS/...)' as filesystem...
