Dec 2, 2015 5:26 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby saltersj,Hmmm. I'm the only one to ever own that particular phone and the Apple ID is the same as the current one I'm using and have always used and used on the iPhone 5s that I am trying to erase. It even auto populates the username, which I cannot change. It's just the password that is having the issue. I just don't understand why the phone is not accepting the password. It's the same Apple ID account.
